1. Project Overview

At the start, the client set strict requirements for equipment stability, automation, energy use, and product quality. With over twenty years of experience in daily chemical engineering, Meibao designed a full-process production line with a capacity of 10 tons per hour to meet these needs.

2. Solution Summary

Meibao offered a complete solution that included raw material storage and dosing, slurry preparation, spray drying, post-mixing, and automatic packaging. The system uses automatic control and energy-saving spray drying technology. It allows flexible adjustment of formulas and process parameters to produce different types of detergent powder.
