What Determines the System Configuration?

Start with your base powder source and delivery format, target finished powder output, main additives, and whether you are planning a new line or upgrading an existing system. Detailed material specifications and process requirements can be clarified later.

Base Powder Source and Condition

Identify whether the base powder is purchased or produced in-house, and how it is supplied. Composition, temperature, moisture content, bulk density and flowability can then be reviewed. If data is limited, start with a product description or sample information.

Additive Types and Proportions

Identify powder and liquid ingredients, addition rates and material requirements so that dosing ranges, feeding methods and blending conditions can be assessed.

Finished Powder Output and Operating Hours

Can purchased base powder be used for my target detergent product?
The base powder’s composition and properties must be assessed against the target formulation, together with the additives and processing conditions. Achieving the required product specifications depends on these factors working together.
Can the system connect to an existing spray drying line or packaging system?
Integration can be evaluated based on existing conditions. Incoming base powder properties, feeding and packaging capacities, available space and control interfaces must be reviewed to determine which equipment can be retained and which units need to be added or modified.
How are dosing and blending performance verified?
Performance is verified against agreed capacity, dosing and product criteria. Blend quality is evaluated using defined sampling locations, sampling methods and appropriate test parameters. Smooth equipment operation or a consistent visual appearance alone does not confirm blend uniformity.
