Dry-Process Solid Sodium Silicate Production Line
Silica sand and soda ash are weighed, batched and mixed before entering the high-temperature melting system to produce solid sodium silicate.
The solid product can be stored or sold directly. It can also be further processed through dissolving, adjustment and filtration systems to produce liquid sodium silicate.

Wet-Process Liquid Sodium Silicate Production Line
The wet process uses silica raw material and caustic soda, with steam as the main production energy source. The materials react under controlled temperature and pressure to produce liquid sodium silicate directly.
The wet process does not require the high-temperature melting furnace used in the dry process, resulting in a relatively compact process flow.

- If the required liquid sodium silicate has a modulus of ≤2.4 and a concentration of ≤45%: Both dry and wet processes can be evaluated. The final route should be selected according to local raw material, fuel, steam, electricity, storage and transportation conditions.
- If the required modulus is above 3.6: A separate technical evaluation is required according to the specific product specification, raw material conditions and production requirements.
