It is mainly used to add some functional ingredients that are sensitive to temperature, time and other conditions in the later stage of product production. For example, in the production of food, medicine or detergent, some active enzymes, flavors, nutritional enhancers and other substances may lose their activity or change their properties if they are added during the early high temperature or long processing process. They need to be added at the right time through the post-addition production line. This production line is usually equipped with precise metering and adding equipment to ensure the accurate dosage of the added ingredients. It is mainly used to dissolve solid caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) into liquid for subsequent production use. Caustic soda is highly corrosive and is widely used in the chemical, papermaking, textile and other industries. The production line first delivers solid caustic soda into the dissolution tank through a conveying device, and then adds water in a certain proportion. The dissolution tank is usually equipped with a stirring device to accelerate the dissolution process of caustic soda, and is also equipped with a temperature control system. Because caustic soda releases a lot of heat when it dissolves, it is necessary to control the temperature in time to prevent the solution from boiling or damaging the equipment due to excessive temperature. The dissolved caustic soda solution is filtered and tested to ensure that the solution concentration meets the production requirements, and then it is transported to a storage tank or directly to the production link where it needs to be used.

The detergent production process is complex and requires a variety of unit equipment to work together. For example, the batching and mixing equipment is responsible for mixing various raw materials, such as surfactants, additives, solvents, etc., according to the precise formula ratio to make them fully uniform; the heating reaction equipment provides a suitable temperature environment for the materials in the link where chemical reactions are required to promote the reaction; the filtering and separation equipment is used to remove impurities or undissolved particles in the mixed materials to ensure the purity of the product; the drying equipment is for powdered detergents, and the mixed materials are dried to meet the specified humidity standards.
