Simple structure, easy to set up and repair, low cost in operation;
High production of crushing, has the function of fine crushing and rough grinding;
Excellent shape of product, mainly the product shape is cubic with small fraction of elongated flaky particle shape, suitable for aggregate shaping, manufactured sand.
It is little affected by the moisture content of materials, and the content can get up to about 8%.
It is suitable to crush medium hard and ultra-hard materials.
Working noise is lower than 75 decibel, less dust pollution.
How it works
Material Feeding: After the materials are roughly crushed, they will be fed into the ball mills.
Impact Grinding: When the milling chamber is rotating at high speed, grinding medium and grind-need materials, which are also rotating, will impact with each other; thus to achieve impact grinding for materials;
Classification: After the materials are crushed, they will be discharged into self-diffluent classifiers. And then the relatively coarse and fine powders will be separated. Qualified powders will be collected; and unqualified powders will be re-crushed.
