The line covers raw material metering and preparation, reaction, polymerization and aging, settling and separation, filtration, product adjustment, and finished product storage and transfer.

Equipment is configured according to raw material quality, target liquid product specifications and planned capacity. Storage, transfer and loading systems are arranged to suit the required delivery method.

Powder PAC Production Line
The line includes upstream liquid PAC preparation, followed by drying, powder collection, finished product handling and packaging.
Liquid PAC that meets the required specifications feeds the downstream drying system. Concentration or adjustment can be included before drying where required by the process. Equipment configuration coordinates liquid preparation capacity, drying capacity, available heat sources and packaging requirements.
For projects producing both liquid and powder PAC, the planned output of each finished product is used to coordinate liquid preparation, intermediate storage and downstream processing.

Raw Material Assessment & Process Planning
Assessment of raw material suitability, capacity planning and process design based on calcium aluminate powder quality, hydrochloric acid quality and target product requirements. If spent hydrochloric acid is proposed, its suitability must be assessed against feedstock analysis results and target product requirements. The assessment determines whether pretreatment is required and the appropriate approach.
Liquid PAC Production System
Equipment for raw material metering, batching, reaction, polymerization and aging, settling and separation, filtration, and product adjustment.
Powder Drying & Packaging System
