Key Features

Liquid Detergent Production Line the material contacted part is made by SS316L, inside and outside of the equipment are with mirror polishing and get to GMP standard.

 

Polytetrafluoroethylene scraping board cater to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on tank wall.

 

Homogenizer is installed on tank bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. During few production, It can exert homogenizing effect fully.

 

The homogenizer is frequency conversion timing control and can setting the homogenizing time, it adopts the most advanced German-technology, it can get an ideal emulsifying effect.

 

Main Components

Homogeneous Mixer

The homogeneous mixer is the heart of the production plant. It ensures that all ingredients are evenly mixed to produce a consistent product.

Setting Tanks

Once the ingredients are mixed, they are transferred to setting tanks where they undergo further blending and stabilization. These tanks are also made of 316 and 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
