✅Raw Material Feeding
Powder and liquid raw materials (e.g., soda ash, sodium sulfate, nonionic surfactants, enzymes, perfume) are measured and dosed automatically based on the formula.

✅Slurry Preparation
The materials are fed into the slurry preparator, where they are mixed, hydrated, aged, crushed, and filtered.

✅Spray Drying
The slurry is pumped to the top of the spray drying tower. Mist particles are sprayed into hot air to form hollow detergent powder beads with a bulk density of 0.25–0.50g/cm³.

✅Powder Collection and Additives
The base powder is airlifted and aged. Additives like fragrance, enzymes, bleaching agents, and color particles are blended using a post-blending mixer.

✅Packing
The final product is screened and packed via automatic packaging machines.

✅ Tail-gas is processed through primary cyclone and secondary water dust removal systems.

✅ Recycled fine powder and water reduce waste and save resources.

✅ The production environment includes a complete dedusting system to ensure clean operations.
