Process Description
1.Raw Material Mixing: Powder and liquid are weighed and blended in a slurry tank.
2.Aging & Filtration: Slurry is aged, filtered, and sent to the spray tower.
3.Spray Drying: Slurry is atomized into mist and dried by hot air from a coal, oil, gas, or biomass furnace.
4.Powder Collection: Hollow detergent particles form, cool, and age.
5.Post-Addition Mixing: Enzymes, fragrances, color speckles, and other agents are added.
6.Granulation & Packaging: Final powder is granulated and packed.
