The main components of rock wool production line include the following parts:
Raw material pretreatment part: including the mixing, conveying and metering of raw materials to ensure that the proportion and quality of raw materials meet the production requirements. In addition, it also includes dust removal equipment to remove impurities and dust in the raw materials.
Melting part: It consists of a melting furnace (such as a cupola or gas pool furnace), a four-roller centrifuge, a feeder, etc. The cupola is used to melt rock (slag), and the four-roller centrifuge is the main equipment for producing rock wool and slag wool.
Fiber forming part: The molten magma is spun into fibers through a four-roller centrifuge, and then spread through a drum cotton collector and a pendulum cotton spreader.
Molding and curing part: After the raw materials are pressed and formed by the molding machine, they are baked at high temperature or steam cured by a curing furnace to fix the fiber structure inside the rock wool board and improve the strength and stability of the product. Cutting and packaging part: The cured rock wool board is cut into the specifications and sizes required by the customer by the size cutting equipment, and then packaged by the automatic packaging equipment. Auxiliary equipment and process links: including quality inspection, equipment maintenance and cleaning, etc. The quality inspection link is responsible for sampling and testing the rock wool boards in the production process to ensure that their performance and quality meet the standards; equipment maintenance and cleaning are key measures to ensure the normal operation of the assembly line and extend the service life of the equipment.
