Technical Description
The process starts with automatic batching of powders and liquids based on a fixed formula. The mixture is transferred to a slurry tank for mixing, aging, and filtration. The prepared slurry is atomized at the top of a tall spray tower. The mist particles dry instantly when exposed to hot air from a biomass, gas, oil, or coal furnace.
At the base of the tower, the dried base powder is collected and allowed to age. Next, post-blending units add ingredients such as enzymes, perfumes, or colored speckles. The finished detergent is then moved to the packaging section.
