Liquid sodium silicate production line mainly produces low molar ratio sodium silicate which is below 2.5. Raw materials are caustic soda and quartz sand; the process can be divided into four parts: slurry preparation, reaction, sedimentation, filtration. Mainly equipment: slurry preparator, reaction kettle, intermediate tank, sedimentation tank, filter, finished product tank, etc.

Mix the quartz sand the liquid caustic soda evenly in the slurry preparator. Then, put into the reaction kettle and filled with steam. After the reaction under high temperature and pressure, the sodium silicate solution is obtained. The finished product can be put into finished product tank through pump and then sent to the product warehouse.
