Reaction section: Add the hydrochloric acid to the reaction tank within limestone, the calcium chloride mother liquor is generated in the tank, and self-flow to the neutralization tank for PH adjustment and neutralization. The neutralized liquid self-flow to the sedimentation tank after pressure filtration, and then flocculates and accurately filters to obtain calcium chloride solution with lower turbidity, and then sent to the large storage tank for static storage. During the reaction, carbon dioxide will be released, and some tail gas such as hydrogen chloride will be included. The acid waste gas produced by the reaction tank and hydrochloric acid storage tank is all collected and recycled through the two-stage tail gas absorption tower, and discharged after reaching the standard.

Granulation section: In order to obtain better granularity and low-cost products, the calcium chloride solution after standing needs to be sent to the concentration system for concentration. The concentrated solution pumped into the prilling tower, dried and granulated in contact with hot air to generate granular anhydrous calcium chloride, which is then cooled and screened for packaging. The high temperature tail gas produced during dry granulation process passes into the tail gas absorption tower, and is absorbed part of the heat and dust by the circulating calcium chloride solution before discharge.
