Product Overview

     

The high efficiency solid sodium silicate production line makes solid sodium silicate (water glass) from soda ash and quartz sand. It works with a dry melting process and a regenerative furnace. The system saves energy, lowers emissions, and cuts running cost. It is stable and easy to run.

Solid sodium silicate is used in detergent, soap, ceramics, paper, building materials, and casting. The plant can make 10 to 200 tons per day. The size can be changed based on customer needs.

1.Raw Material Preparation: Soda ash and quartz sand are weighed as needed.

2.Feeding System: Materials are moved into the furnace.

3.Melting: Raw materials melt in the furnace at about 1400°C.

4.Cooling & Forming: The melt is cooled by air or water and forms solid lumps.

5.Storage: The final solids are stored in silos or warehouses.
