The Meibao Solid Sodium Silicate Production Line uses a dry melting process to produce solid sodium silicate (water glass) with a purity up to 99.0%. Using quartz sand and soda ash as raw materials, the mixture is melted in a regenerative hot air furnace and then molded into solid blocks via water quenching or chain plate cooling.

This production line is widely used in casting binders, paper adhesives, ceramics, kaolin treatment, and chemical auxiliaries.
