The Industrial Solid Sodium Silicate Production Line is a reliable and efficient system for making high-quality sodium silicate (water glass) by the dry process method. It is built as a full turnkey project and includes batching, high-temperature furnace processing, and controlled cooling. The line produces stable and consistent solid sodium silicate granules.

Solid sodium silicate is made in these main steps:

1.Raw Material Preparation
Quartz sand and soda ash are weighed according to the formula.

2.Batching & Conveying
The raw materials are fed into the furnace through an automatic system.

3.High-Temperature Reaction
The furnace runs at 1350–1450°C, and the raw materials react to form molten sodium silicate.

4.Cooling & Solidification
The molten sodium silicate is cooled with air or water systems so it becomes glassy solid granules.

5.Energy Recovery
The regenerative preheater uses hot flue gas at 1200°C to preheat combustion air to 1100°C and fuel gas to 900°C. This lowers the exhaust to less than 180°C, so it saves energy and reduces costs.

6.Final Handling
The finished product is moved to storage or cooled and stacked for sale.
