Meibao's Fully Automatic Turnkey Detergent Powder Production Line is an advanced and efficient solution for manufacturing high-quality washing powder. This system is suitable for producing standard, concentrated, or customized detergent powders, and is ideal for large-scale production with stable output and excellent performance.
Production Process Flow
1.Raw Material Feeding: Accurate dosing of powder and liquid raw materials.
2.Slurry Preparation: Homogeneous mixing in slurry preparator followed by aging, crushing, and filtration.
3.Spray Drying: Slurry is pumped to the top of the spray tower and atomized into fine droplets. Heated air from the hot air furnace dries the droplets into hollow detergent granules
4.Air Conveying & Aging: Base powder is transported, aged, and stabilized.
5.Post-blending: Functional additives such as enzymes, fragrance, color speckles, and surfactants are added and thoroughly mixed.
6.Granulation & Packaging: Final detergent powder is granulated (if required), screened, and packed for distribution.
