System Composition
The production line consists of several core units. Pre-mixing kettles and storage tanks are used for raw material preparation. Emulsification and mixing are carried out through homogeneous emulsifiers combined with low- or medium-speed agitators such as anchor, paddle, or scraper types. Intelligent PLC-based process control ensures real-time monitoring and stable operation. Heating and cooling can be achieved through electric systems, steam, or hot water/oil circulation. For hygiene and efficiency, vacuum feeding and defrosting units are included. Filtration can be done with self-cleaning or multi-stage filters.
