Plant Overview
The production line includes two main systems:
🔹 1. Soap Noodle Production Line (From Oil & Fats)
Raw Materials: Oils, fats, caustic soda (NaOH)
Process: Saponification → Vacuum drying → Soap noodle making
Output: Soap noodles in chip, flake, or grain form
Use: As the base material for soap bars
🔹 2. Soap Finishing Line (From Soap Noodles)
Raw Materials: Soap noodles + additives (fragrance, color, antioxidants, etc.)
Process: Mixing → Milling → Refining → Vacuum plodding → Cutting → Stamping
Output: Toilet and laundry soap bars in many shapes
Capacity: 0.2–4 tons per hour
Operation: Manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic
