Production Process Description
his liquid sodium silicate production line uses a wet reaction process where quartz sand and caustic soda solution are mixed and heated in a reaction kettle under controlled pressure and temperature. Through heat and pressure, the chemical reaction yields transparent, high-purity liquid sodium silicate.

Production Process Description
✅Raw Material Handling
Powder and liquid raw materials are measured based on precise formulations.
✅Slurry Preparation & Aging
Materials are mixed into slurry, aged, filtered, and homogenized.
✅Spray Drying
Slurry is pumped to the high spray tower and atomized into fine droplets using high-pressure nozzles.
Droplets are dried by hot air from the biomass, coal, gas, or oil-fired furnace, forming hollow detergent particles.
✅Powder Collection & Post-Blending
Base powder is aged and sieved. Enzymes, colors, and additives are added in the post-blending mixer.
✅Packing & Final Product Handling
Final product is granulated and packaged using automatic or semi-automatic packing systems.
