Project Overview
Fuel burns inside the combustion unit and generates high-temperature gas. The gas enters the high-temperature purification chamber after leaving the combustion section.
A small amount of dust carried by the combustion gas agglomerates and settles inside the purification chamber. The purified hot air leaves the chamber at approximately 900°C.
Controlled cold air is introduced into the mixing chamber to adjust the process hot-air temperature to 660–700°C. The hot air is then delivered to the ceramic spray-drying tower.
Inside the tower, atomized ceramic slurry contacts the high-temperature hot air. Moisture is removed, and the ceramic slurry forms granulated body powder for the subsequent pressing and forming process.

Process Description
1. Fuel Feeding
Coal or biomass is delivered to the combustion unit through the corresponding fuel-storage and feeding system.
The fuel-feeding rate is coordinated with the hot-air temperature and heat demand of the ceramic spray-drying process.
2. Fuel Combustion
Fuel burns inside the combustion unit and generates the high-temperature gas required for continuous ceramic powder drying.
The combustion system operates in coordination with the air-supply and temperature-control systems.
3. High-Temperature Purification
The high-temperature gas enters the purification chamber after leaving the combustion section.
Entrained dust agglomerates and settles inside the chamber, reducing the particulate matter carried into the mixing chamber and spray-drying tower.
4. Purified Hot-Air Output
The purified hot air leaves the high-temperature purification chamber at approximately 900°C.
The process hot-air dust content is controlled to ≤50 mg/Nm³.
5. Cold-Air Mixing
Controlled cold air is introduced into the mixing chamber.
The cold air mixes with the purified high-temperature hot air to produce the 660–700°C process air required by ceramic body powder spray drying.
6. Ceramic Slurry Spray Drying
The adjusted hot air enters the spray-drying tower and contacts the atomized ceramic slurry.
Moisture evaporates during the drying process, converting the slurry into ceramic body powder with the form required for subsequent storage, conveying and pressing.
7. Temperature and Heat-Supply Control
The control system coordinates fuel feeding, combustion, air supply, cold-air mixing and process hot-air output.
The continuous hot-air temperature stability is maintained within ±5°C.

Main Technical Characteristics
Designed for Ceramic Spray Drying
The combustion, purification and mixing systems are configured around the temperature and cleanliness requirements of ceramic body powder production.
High-Temperature Purification
Entrained dust agglomerates and settles in the purification chamber before the hot air enters the spray-drying tower.
Controlled Hot-Air Dust Content
The process hot-air dust content is controlled to ≤50 mg/Nm³, reducing dust carried into the ceramic body powder and limiting black-speck formation.
High Process Temperature
The Myanmar project supplies 660–700°C process hot air for ceramic slurry spray drying.
Temperature Stability
The continuous hot-air supply maintains a temperature stability of ±5°C.
Direct-Fired Heat Utilization
The purified hot air directly enters the spray-drying system after temperature adjustment. The furnace series is designed with a thermal efficiency above 95%.
