Project Overview
Fuel burns inside the combustion unit and generates high-temperature gas. The gas enters the high-temperature purification chamber after leaving the combustion section.
A small quantity of dust carried by the combustion gas agglomerates and settles inside the purification chamber. The purified hot air leaves the chamber at approximately 900°C.
Controlled cold air is introduced into the mixing chamber to adjust the process hot-air temperature to between 100°C and 700°C. The adjusted hot air is then delivered to the connected fertilizer drying equipment.
The hot-air temperature and heat supply are controlled according to the fertilizer drying process.

Process Description
1. Fuel Feeding
Coal or biomass is delivered to the combustion unit through the corresponding fuel-feeding system.
Fuel supply is coordinated with the required hot-air temperature and heat demand of the fertilizer drying process.
2. Fuel Combustion
The fuel burns inside the combustion unit and generates the high-temperature gas required for continuous drying.
The combustion system operates in coordination with the air-supply and temperature-control systems.
3. High-Temperature Purification
High-temperature gas enters the purification chamber after leaving the combustion section.
A small quantity of entrained dust agglomerates and settles inside the chamber, reducing particulate carryover before the hot air enters the mixing and drying sections.
4. Purified Hot-Air Output
The purified hot air leaves the high-temperature purification chamber at approximately 900°C.
The combustion and purification sections form an integrated direct-fired furnace system.
5. Cold-Air Mixing
A controlled quantity of cold air is introduced into the mixing chamber.
The cold air mixes with the purified high-temperature hot air to produce process hot air between 100°C and 700°C.
6. Fertilizer Drying
The adjusted hot air is transferred through the duct system to the connected fertilizer dryer.
The hot air provides the heat required to remove moisture from the fertilizer material during continuous production.
7. Temperature and Heat-Supply Control
The control system coordinates fuel feeding, combustion, air supply and process hot-air output.
Continuous hot-air temperature stability is maintained within ±5°C.
