The Wet Process Liquid Sodium Silicate Plant is a simple and energy-saving system for producing liquid sodium silicate (water glass). It works by reacting caustic soda (NaOH) with quartz sand (SiO₂) in a sealed reaction kettle under heat and pressure. The method is widely used when sodium silicate with a molar ratio below 2.5 is needed. It is suitable for detergent powder, soap, ceramics, paper, and construction material production.

This plant is low in cost, easy to operate, and efficient in output. It also creates little impact on the environment, so it is a good choice for modern chemical production.

1.Raw Material Input
Quartz sand and caustic soda solution are measured and fed into the reaction kettle.

2.High-Temperature Reaction
The materials react in the sealed kettle under heat and pressure.

3.Product Formation
The output is liquid sodium silicate, 30–50% concentration, modulus <2.5.

4.Cooling & Filtration
The solution is filtered and cooled, then stored in tanks or delivered for use.
