Working Principle
The slurry, such as polymeric aluminum, is pumped to a rotating atomizer disc. The liquid forms droplets, which meet hot air from the furnace inside the drying tower. Moisture evaporates quickly, leaving powder. Powder is collected through primary and secondary dust collectors. Clean air is discharged by a fan, while powder is moved by screw conveyor to the finished product section for packing.
