Product Overview
The industrial detergent powder production line is built for efficient and continuous manufacturing of washing powder and concentrated detergent powder. The design uses a simple and practical process that supports semi-automatic or fully automatic operation. It helps factories reduce cost while keeping stable output and reliable quality.
Production Process
First, powder raw materials such as soda ash, sodium sulfate, zeolite, and STPP are weighed and put into a ground-level bin. These are lifted into a mixing chamber. At the same time, liquid raw materials such as nonionic surfactant, fragrance oil, or LABSA are pumped into metering tanks and added into the mixer.
Inside the mixer, powder and liquid are atomized and blended evenly. After mixing, the slurry is discharged, screened, and moved by belt conveyor to the detergent packing machine.
The final powder, with good solubility and stable chemical balance, is stored in a bin. It is then weighed, bagged, and sealed by a semi-automatic packaging system. Bags are sealed with heat, checked for quality, and stacked for transport.
