The maintenance cycle of rock wool production line mainly depends on the specific use of production line, equipment performance and production environment. It is recommended to carry out comprehensive shutdown maintenance every 1 to 2 months to ensure the continuous and stable operation of equipment. In addition, daily maintenance and regular maintenance should also be carried out according to the prescribed cycle to ensure the stable operation of equipment.
Maintenance content of rock wool production line
Daily maintenance:
Cleaning: Clean the equipment surface, air supply and exhaust pipes, filter cotton on the top of the chamber, etc. before and after work every day or each shift, use special cleaning agent to remove residual paint and impurities, keep the inside of the equipment clean, and prevent blockage and pollution.
Inspection: Check the operating status of equipment such as spraying air pressure, filtration system, air compressor and oil-water dust separator, check whether the fasteners of each equipment are loose, and solve the problem in time.
Tightening: Check and tighten the bolts, nuts and other fasteners on the equipment to prevent equipment failure caused by looseness.
Regular maintenance:
First-level maintenance: Including cleaning of equipment surface, adjustment of operating parameters and maintenance of equipment working environment. Clean the three filters (air, oil, and fuel filters) to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition and reduce the possibility of failure.
Second-level maintenance: Check and adjust the main components of the equipment, such as the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission mechanism, steering and braking mechanism, etc., make necessary adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure that the mechanical assemblies and parts have good working performance.
Third-level maintenance: Detect, adjust, eliminate hidden troubles and balance the degree of wear of various parts. Diagnose and inspect the parts that affect the performance and the parts with signs of failure, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.
Through these maintenance and maintenance measures, the service life of the rock wool production line can be effectively extended to ensure the stability and efficiency of production.
