The structure of gas hot blast furnace mainly includes the following parts:
Main body: The main body of gas hot blast furnace is divided into combustion chamber and mixing chamber. Temperature regulating air inlets (cold air inlets) are set at the front and rear of the combustion chamber, swirl supports are set between the outer layer of the combustion chamber and the outer layer of the furnace body, and temperature regulating air inlet and hot air outlet are set in the mixing chamber.
Burner: The burner is located in the combustion chamber, so that the introduced coal gas and combustion air are fully mixed, and burned in the combustion chamber. The high-temperature gas generated is used to heat the checkerboard bricks.
Checker bricks: The heat storage chamber is filled with heat storage checkerboard bricks. The checkerboard bricks have grid holes that are connected from top to bottom. The hole types are circular and rectangular. The long and short sides of the rectangular holes are staggered to enhance the effect of convective heat exchange.
Control system: The control system is used to control the combustion process and temperature regulation to ensure the stable operation of the gas hot blast furnace.
Accessory equipment: The main body is also equipped with inspection ports, observation holes, explosion-proof ports, pressure measuring points, temperature measuring points and other accessory equipment.
