Drying line usually adopts tunnel furnace structure, and its working principle is as follows:
Feeding: wet materials are fed into the hopper through belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enter the drying equipment through feeding pipe.
Heating: The heating system (such as electric heating or gas heating) generates heat to make the temperature in the furnace reach the set drying temperature. Hot air circulates in the furnace to take away the moisture in the material.
Drying: The material passes through the drying chamber at a steady speed on the conveyor belt, and the hot air fully contacts the material to evaporate the moisture in the material, thereby achieving the drying effect.
Discharging: The dried material is output through the discharging end.
