Product Overview
The Turnkey PAC Poly Aluminium Chloride Spray Dryer Complete Production Line is built to produce poly aluminium chloride (PAC) with high efficiency. It uses a fully automated spray drying system and provides steady quality, energy savings, and flexible design. The line can be adjusted to match different production needs.
Production Process Overview
The raw materials are calcium aluminate powder and hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid is kept in tanks, and calcium aluminate is stored in jumbo bags. The steps are as follows:
1.Batching
Hydrochloric acid is pumped into the batching tank.
Calcium aluminate powder is fed into the tank manually, with a forklift used for unloading.
2.Reaction
The two materials are pumped into the reaction kettle. Here they react to form liquid PAC.
The liquid PAC is then filtered, and the clear liquid goes into the finished product tank.
3.Drying
The liquid PAC is sprayed through an atomizing plate at the top of the drying tower.
The droplets meet hot air and dry quickly, forming PAC powder.
4.Cooling & Separation
The dried powder moves through an air lift pipe and is separated by a cyclone.
The powder is then stored in the product bin.
5.Packaging
The PAC powder is packed by a screw metering machine, usually in 50 kg woven bags.
Forklifts move the packed products into storage.
6.Air Filtration
The hot air comes from a furnace.
Exhaust and cooling air are cleaned by cyclone dust collectors and then pass through three-stage spraying before release.
7.Waste Management
Sediment from the filtration step is cleaned and reused in batching.
Filter residue is washed, classified as solid waste, and sent for safe treatment.
