Production Process

3.Cooling and Forming – The melt is cooled by air or water and turns into glassy solid particles.
4.Optional Dissolution – Solid particles can be dissolved in a steam tank to make liquid sodium silicate.
5.Modulus Adjustment – Caustic soda and water are added to change chemical ratio for different uses.
