Product Overview
The Spray Tower Detergent Powder Production Line is a full turnkey system for making high-quality washing powder with spray drying. It is built by Zhejiang Meibao Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and is widely used in the daily chemical industry. It supports large-scale production from 5,000 to 250,000 tons each year.
The line uses a hot air furnace and high-pressure atomization. The process gives uniform powder, saves energy, and keeps product quality stable. It can make standard or concentrated powders and can add enzymes, perfumes, and color particles.
Process Description
1.Raw Material Preparation – Solid and liquid raw materials are weighed and batched by set formulas.
2.Slurry Preparation – The materials are mixed and aged in slurry tanks so they become uniform.
3.Spray Drying – The slurry is pumped to the spray tower, atomized through nozzles, and dried with hot air. Powder granules form quickly.
4.Post Blending & Additives – After drying, enzymes, perfumes, and color speckles are blended into the base powder.
5.Packaging – The finished powder is sieved, conveyed, and packed into bags, cartons, or pallets
