The daily maintenance of drying lines mainly includes the following aspects:
Daily cleaning: After each use, the residue inside and around the dryer should be cleaned in time, especially the materials or dust that are easy to adhere. When cleaning, special tools and soft cloth should be used to avoid scratching the surface of the equipment with hard objects. At the same time, regularly clean the outside of the dryer to remove dust and debris and keep the surface of the equipment clean.
Filter inspection and cleaning: Regularly check and clean the filter to ensure that it is unobstructed. When cleaning, you can choose water washing or vacuuming according to the actual situation, and pay attention to avoid deformation or damage of the filter. If the filter is severely worn, it should be replaced with a new part in time.
Transmission system inspection: The transmission system includes motors, reducers, couplings and bearings, etc. Regularly check the operation of these components, including temperature, vibration, noise, etc. If abnormal conditions such as poor lubrication and bearing wear are found, they should be handled in time to prevent small problems from turning into major failures. At the same time, check whether the tension of the belt is appropriate.
Electrical system inspection: Regularly check the power lines, control panels, sensors and other electrical components to ensure that the wiring is firm and there is no aging. Check electrical parameters such as voltage and current to ensure that they fluctuate within the normal range. If the electrical components are damaged or aged, they should be replaced or repaired in time to avoid safety accidents caused by electrical failures. Hot air system inspection: Regularly check the working status of the heater, heat exchanger, fan and other components, clean the dust, check the sealing, and ensure that the hot air temperature is uniform and the air volume is sufficient. For the heater, it is also necessary to check the contact between the heating tube and the cable, and remove the dirt to ensure the heating effect. Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate the lubrication points of the equipment to ensure that the moving parts of the equipment can run smoothly and reduce friction and wear. Other maintenance measures: Keep the inside and outside of the drying oven or drying line clean to prevent corrosive substances from adhering to the inner tank. If you hear abnormal sounds during the drying process, stop working immediately and check the motor and impeller. After drying items at high temperature, do not turn off the main switch immediately. Turn on the fan switch to allow the heat to dissipate before turning off the machine to avoid local deformation of the cabinet due to heat.
