Product Overview
This system makes liquid sodium silicate (water glass) through the wet process. It uses caustic soda and quartz sand under set temperature and pressure inside a reaction kettle. The wet process needs about one-third of the investment compared with the dry method. It also saves energy and gives a clear, stable product. The final sodium silicate is colorless, transparent, and ready for many industrial uses.
