This semi-automatic liquid sodium silicate system is built to make low modulus sodium silicate (<2.5) by the wet method. Quartz sand and caustic soda are the main raw materials. The line covers the whole process from dosing to final filtration. It gives an energy-saving and steady production system for industries such as paper, building materials, detergents, and soaps.

1.Ingredient Preparation – Quartz sand and caustic soda are weighed and mixed.
2.Thermal Reaction – The mix reacts under heat in a reaction kettle.
3.Settling Stage – Slurry goes into a tank to separate solids from liquid.
4.Filtration & Storage – The clear solution is filtered and sent to storage tanks.
