Product Overview

The system operates through the chemical reaction of liquid caustic soda and quartz sand, carried out under controlled pressure and temperature inside a high-grade stainless steel reaction kettle.

Production Process Highlights
1.Slurry Preparation
Caustic soda is first added and stirred, followed by quartz sand. The mixture is evenly blended into a slurry.
2.Thermal Reaction
Under precise pressure and temperature, the reaction in the closed vessel produces high-purity sodium silicate.
3.Modulus Control
Reaction time and dosing can be adjusted to achieve the desired modulus (<2.5), ensuring compatibility with various downstream uses.
4.Filtration & Storage
