Dry Process Sodium Silicate Manufacturing Technology
The process works by heating soda ash and quartz sand in a furnace at 1350–1450°C. After the reaction, the molten sodium silicate is cooled by air or water. The product then becomes glassy granules or blocks of solid sodium silicate.
