Product Overview
The High Efficiency Solid Sodium Silicate Production Line is built for continuous and low-cost production of solid sodium silicate, also called water glass. It uses the dry process method and runs with a capacity from 10 to 200 tons per day. The system is well suited for detergent makers, chemical plants, paper factories, construction material suppliers, and other industries that need high-purity sodium silicate.
The plant includes automatic raw material feeding, high-temperature fusion in a furnace, and fast cooling and storage. It also has energy-saving designs and supports both automatic and semi-automatic operation.
Production Process
1.Raw Material Feeding: Soda ash and quartz sand are measured and sent into the furnace in a fixed ratio.
2.High-Temperature Reaction: The mix reacts inside the furnace at 1350–1450°C to form molten sodium silicate.
3.Cooling and Solidification: The molten product is cooled by air or water, then forms glassy lumps or granules.
4.Storage and Packaging: The solid product is cooled to room temperature, stored, or packed for delivery.
